The School

The Facility

Zavcor Training Academy is on a 7 acre property. Plenty of room to learn how to properly shift a manual transmission before heading out on the road.  We also have fuel pumps and a garage on-site, so the students will have no down-time waiting for a vehicle to be fixed or fueled.

The Equipment

We have approximately 60 late-model tractors, including a few with an automatic transmission. All trucks are equipped with Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) and are satellite tracked. Part of the in-class training is learning the Hours of Service Rules. The class teaches how electronic logs work and students are able to practice on our sample SHAW Omnitracs E-Log machine. Our classes train students with 53' dry van trailer. We also have 53' refrigerated trailers and 40' containers available.

The Training Staff

Our instructors all have over 10 years’ experience of driving a transport truck and working in the trucking industry in other positions; including tow-truck driving and various office positions.
